[易混辨析]　congratulate，celebrate

(1)congratulate后面的宾语只能是人，意为用言语对某人表示"祝贺"，就某事则另加on sth.。

(2)celebrate后面的宾语则只能是物，如节日、生日等，指以行动来"庆祝"。
